Studio neuf, situé à 200m de la plage, et à 2,5km du port. ⚓ Le port de Locquirec, entre histoire et poésie maritime ⚓ Autrefois, ce petit port vivait au rythme de la pêche côtière, où sardiniers et caseyeurs animaient les quais. Les habitants, marins aguerris et familles de pêcheurs, y trouvaient leur gagne-pain. Avec l’essor des bains de mer à la fin du XIXᵉ siècle, Locquirec est devenu une destination prisée des artistes, des écrivains et des vacanciers.

For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.
