Marie-Pierre's cottage is located in Pleubian, at the end of the wild peninsula of Lizardrieux, between Paimpol and Perros Guirec, near the island of Bréhat. The sea is nearby! A short walk takes you to the beach dominated by the pretty flagship house of Port La Chaîne. A landscape that always varies according to the tides, times of day and weather that we never tire of! From there, you can explore the rocks at low tide or hike on the GR34... Possibility of renting bicycles in the village.

Close to Paimpol / Bréhat 20 minutes away but also to the pink Granite coast from Treguier.

The GR34 runs along our town bordered by beaches and there are many ideas for outings (Bréhat Island, Perros Guirec, the Château de la Roche Jagu, the Plougrescant Gouffre, the Talbert Furrow, a geological site unique in Europe). The rental is 700m from the beaches, the GR34 and the Sillon de Talbert (sandy coastal arrow, unique in Europe) , and also close to all amenities. Area perfect for hikes! Close to the island of Bréhat, Paimpol, Tréguier, Perros-Guirec, Pontrieux and other cities of character!

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

Vous allez adorer cette très belle maison en bois à 1,5 km de la plage et du GR34, dans une impasse calme, dans un jardin arboré, au coeur du petit bourg de Pleubian ! La maison orientée au sud est très lumineuse avec ses nombreuses ouvertures. La maison se démarque par son confort et sa grande fonctionnalité, mais aussi par sa déco moderne et unique, réalisée en grande partie par Nathalie, la propriétaire, Artiste-Sculptrice.
