Located less than 300 m from the village, you will find all shops and a market on Saturday mornings. Located less than 2 km from the beaches, it will allow you to discover the Pleubian peninsula and in particular its remarkable site of the Talbert furrow, its GR34 and the many paths inland. Close to Paimpol / Bréhat 20 minutes away but also to the pink Granite coast from Treguier.

The GR34 runs along our town bordered by beaches and there are many ideas for outings (Bréhat Island, Perros Guirec, the Château de la Roche Jagu, the Plougrescant Gouffre, the Talbert Furrow, a geological site unique in Europe). In the heart of Pleubian (classified as Monuments of France) , "La baleine en bois" is a charming typical Breton little house, made of stone, recently renovated. On the ground floor, a comfortable living room. On the 1st floor, a well-equipped kitchen and a small shower room. On the 2nd floor, A rooftop bedroom accessible by an old spiral staircase (unsuitable access for people with mobility problems). Shops on foot and beaches 1 km away. Charm guaranteed by the sea.

Contemporary house, exceptional and unique view of the sea, the islands of Port Blanc, the bay of Pellinec, the 7 islands off Perros Guirec. Located near the small port of Buguéles, a few minutes walk from the first beaches and 2.5km from the village of Penvenan, with all its shops, market and supermarket. The house consists of a large living room of 50m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 terraces, a jaccuzzi. No pets are allowed.

A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

La maison orientée au sud est très lumineuse avec ses nombreuses ouvertures. La maison se démarque par son confort et sa grande fonctionnalité, mais aussi par sa déco moderne et unique, réalisée en grande partie par Nathalie, la propriétaire, Artiste-Sculptrice.
