Dinan's restaurants, shops and historic buildings are just a few steps away. This second floor apartment has one (double) bedroom and a fold-down bed/setee. The stylish kitchen has all new appliances and the apartment is equipped with security doors and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Three bedrooms are available: one with a 160/200 cm bed, one with a 140/190 cm bed, and a children's bedroom with a 90 cm bed plus a changing table and a travel cot. 2 bathrooms. An equipped kitchen area (dishwasher and washing machine). Closed and well-closed outdoor area, free parking. Dog and cat accepted.

Very nice apartment arranged by an architect on the second and top floor of a building that was once a prosperous brewery on the port of Dinan. All modern comforts available, TV, WiFi, sitting area, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee, toaster, microwave etc...). Beds are made, cleaning is included. Many restaurants are nearby, bakery, walking, boat, bike, little train... €10 supplement if pet.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a small peaceful town there is a bakery and small grocery store, bar and tobacco store. Close to Dinan 15 min, Saint Malo 30 min, Rennes 30 min and 40 min from Mont Saint Michel. If you have needs such as a baby cot, raclette machine, barbecue….
