welcome to this studio located in the village of plehedel you will find all amenities bakery, grocery store, bar,pharmacy, post office. It is located on the ground floor of a dwelling house. With a common front door with a secure code after everyone at their independence to access their accommodation. Perfect location to tour our beautiful area, we are 10 min from the sublime beaches of brehec and bonaparte with access to the GR34 as well as the town of paimpol and its lively port

The GR34 runs along our town bordered by beaches and there are many ideas for outings (Bréhat Island, Perros Guirec, the Château de la Roche Jagu, the Plougrescant Gouffre, the Talbert Furrow, a geological site unique in Europe). And if you want to explore the surroundings by bike, contact Les Petites Vadrouilles, our bike rental company.

This family home is close to all sights and amenities. Located in the center of the village you will find: convenience store, bakery, post office, pharmacy, tobacco, restaurants. 1 km from the sea. 15 min walk to the nearest beach, the GR 34 known for its beauty and diversity of its trails. Plougrescant is known for its wild environment with the famous Gouffre site. Another must-see Tréguier site at 7km small town of character and the pink granite coast 20km away.

Villa close to beaches and port (50 m).

My villa is close to the beach, the port (50m) and restaurants with lovely views of the sea and the harbor. Its excellent south exposure makes it sunny and sheltered from the wind which allows lunch very often outside plancha or barbecue. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Downstairs is Ker Nelly's garden with children's games where you can walk them before going to the 2 nearby beaches or go fishing on foot.

Recently restored 17th century building to accommodate you in an exceptional bucolic setting. Couples will find a great spot to recharge their batteries in a self-contained outbuilding with sauna and hot tub. Great for short stays. Less suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility due to the stairs and bathtub. For longer stays, if you want to shower rather than take baths, don't hesitate to ask me.

We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.
