Belle maison totalement rénovée en 2023, lumineuse et chaleureuse. Jusqu'à 10, la maison dispose d'1 chambre au RDC et de 4 à l'étage. Grand salon pour se retrouver autour d'un jeu de société, bon film, musique. Cuisine très bien équipée, ouverte sur le grand jardin: une méga terrasse. Déco moderne et confortable. In Pleumeur Gautier, bright and very pleasant house close to many sights and beaches (about 6kms). The house is very well equipped and has a large garden with swing. On the ground floor a equipped kitchen, a living/ dining room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs 4 bedrooms and one shower room with WC. The house has two televisions (living room and bedroom) board games, a DVD player,..

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.
