Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Sustainable little house (38sqm), close to sea (beautiful sandbeach at 1400m) and village center (300m) offering a. o. a bakery, a butcher-delicatessen and a crêperie. Perfect spot for beautiful hikes (GR34), or to hang out at the beach or to go surfing. ATTENTION: it is a whole house, but is attached to a larger holiday house of the owner. The house has its own entrance and garden, the driveway is shared. Ideal house for 2 adults with 1 or 2 children, not suitable for 4 adults.
