Hello, we are renting our studio adjoining our house which has its own independent entrance. Located in a haven of peace in the center of Guemene. You can enjoy the large flowery yard as well as the swimming pool if the outside temperatures allow it. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided as well as the necessary kitchenware and breakfast. Deckchairs are available as well as a table and chairs to eat outside. Note that the size of the accommodation is in line with the price displayed but you will be at your ease and we are at your disposal for any need. We have a small 11 kg dog who does not bite, just a big cuddle lover, the breed can be specified in a private message, you will understand...

Surrounded by nature, with no neighbours opposite, it has a large wooded plot, Wi-Fi, two fireplaces, a barbecue, deckchairs and private parking. Just a stone's throw from the Nantes-Brest Canal and 10 minutes from Lake Guerlédan, it's the perfect place to recharge your batteries with family or friends. The accommodation is for 4 people maximum, including infants.

The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20).
