Ideally located between the port and the beach, at the foot of the GR 34 for pleasant hikes to the Pointe de Guilben and the Abbey of Beauport, close to the Vélomaritime cycle path. You are a 15-minute walk to the port and the city center and 5 minutes to a small secluded beach where you can swim at high tide. Paimpol is the strategic place to discover the island of Bréhat, the Talbert Gorge and the pink granite coast. Close to the train station, you can be independent without a car.

charming house ideally located 50 m from the water on the beach of Launay facing the island of Brehat in Ploubazlanec.4 km from the Brehat pier 3 km from shops and 6 km from the port of paimpol.
