The nearest beach is about ten minutes away by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its café-grocery store, Romanesque and Baroque church and Liberty tree, is within walking distance. The house is quiet with a sunny terrace.

The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
