The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

Small house at the bottom of the garden of the main house, in the heart of the resort but set back from the hustle and bustle, accessible by a hydrangea driveway, (parking and driveway shared with the owner), ideally located in an apple tree garden, private south-facing terrace sheltered from the winds. All shops, bank, tourist office, market, beaches, GR34 at the door. WIFI TV LL LV Furnished 3* recent 2022 options: Sheets (20 euros for 1m40) and towels (10 euros per person).
