Small house by the sea with its enclosed garden, located 1.5 km from the beach of Guerzit, 4 km from the center of town, 15 km from Morlaix. Between sea and countryside: a beautiful, quiet and wild place. Invitation for exceptional Breton experiences: hikes, walks, water activities, ... Nice view shared between sea and countryside (view of the golf course of which it is one of the closest houses, the bay and the woods that line the entrance to the bay of Morlaix ) Overlooking a 350 m2 Garden. Small pleasant terrace for peaceful lunches. In winter, comfort of a pellet stove. TV. Adaptable hours for weekends upon request.
