Hi , come and spend a quiet stay in the gîte of the Ranch aux Paons. At the edge of a wood and in the countryside, the cottage is ideally located. Quick access to the RN12 will facilitate your travels throughout Brittany. [1 hour from Brest and Saint Malo, and of course the immediate proximity of the Pink Granite Coast, the 7 islands, Plougrescant and many others] At the Ranch aux Paons we raise ornamental birds (peacocks/pheasants/chickens) that you will have the pleasure of seeing stroll around in total freedom.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

This small gite is completely independent of the rest of the house where we live year-round. you are 10 minutes by car from the pier for brehat and 10 minutes walk from the port of paimpol. WIFI in the cottage. You are in an old stone farmhouse from the 1900s, rather rustic with lots of charm.

the pool is open from April to November 15 and heated to 28 degrees, its use is shared it is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located near Paimpol, it is a small house located 300 meters from the sea and the beach in a quiet and rural environment.
