The little house...

Single-family home with equipped kitchen, TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Access to the bedroom by a staircase (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel and Trébeurden accessible, in 15 minutes by car, the entire Pink Granite coast to discover, it's just very beautiful. Gîte de Lezenor

Lezenor was a traditional Breton farm. You will stay in the renovated house, in the countryside, in a very quiet hamlet. The sea is very close: 3 km GR 34: 5 km from the Yaudet site: 8 km from the port of Locquémeau: 10 km from the bay of Saint Efflam: 15 km from the Pink Granite coast and many other places that we will be happy to show you. Lannion and its large Thursday market are within walking distance (30 min). You will find a hypermarket 1 km away and our home 400 m away.

The beach house

Baie de Perros Guirrec, sur ce terrain bord de mer 3 Poules, 2 chevaux , ,1 chat, 1 setter vivent en harmonie. Bénédicte serait heureuse de vous accueillir dans sa maison récente de 45 m2, calme et confortable, en bois, (norme ISO 2012) classée,conçue pour vous séduire. De la côte de granit rose à l'île de Bréhat, 4 ou 5 journées vous seraient utiles pour visiter le Trégor. Une chambre, un grand séjour,un coin cuisine ,WC et salle de bain séparée,une terrasse vue sur mer ....

You will be welcomed in our 90 m2 "Penty Cosy", completely renovated, located in the heart of a village of character, close to the sea. Only 5 minutes from the remarkable site of Yaudet, 5 minutes from Lannion and 20 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast, it is the perfect starting point for a vacation combining relaxation, hiking and discoveries.

Pretty little townhouse, with a simple and refined style, completely renovated by us with care. Located near the historic center, in a quiet area you will have plenty of time to stroll through the pedestrian streets, to discover the small shops, as well as the market on thursdays, to taste a "Paris-Lannion" in the best pastry in the city, to sip in the evening, an "aperitif" on the famous "place du centre" known for its half-timbered houses.

Waterfront Lodge

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

Maison de vacances

Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.
