The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

Kant Ar Mor, is the name given by my great grandmother to this house, it means in Breton, song of the sea. Traditional Breton house, completely renovated. Kan Ar Mor offers stunning views of the Bay of St Michel en grève. You will admire wonderful sunsets. Saint Michel is a strategic point to discover northern Brittany. Pleasant Duplex located in a small residence about ten minutes' walk to downtown Lannion. Ideal for visiting the area, it allows easy access to the main roads serving the pink granite coast or other more private places. You will have a parking space and an outdoor area. The accommodation includes a living room/kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs and is quite suitable for a two-person stay.

Maison de vacances

Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.

This 40 m² duplex, completely renovated, is attached to the Gite de Lezenor. The two cottages are completely independent and to preserve your privacy a small private terrace, not overlooked, is at your disposal.
