Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

I make my pretty house available to guests wishing to enjoy the charm of the city of Morlaix and its splendid bay (15 min from Carantec/Loquirec) and the nearby Monts d'Arrés. This family lodging is near to all tourist destinations and local commodities. Situated in the centre of town, it is near to many bars, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for exploring local towns and interests, for example the lovely town of Morlaix, the Arrée mountains and the pink granite coast. New as of the 2025 season : parking available at the property! Following external works, from now on there is a private parking spot directly in front of the house.

For vacation or work, ideal accommodation for visitors to Morlaix and its region. Located in the historic district of Saint Mathieu in Morlaix. The T1 apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) in a historic building. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-fibered but good quality Wi-Fi connection (ADSL 2). Free parking nearby. Cleaning available during the stay: 25 euros to be paid on site. NO PARTIES IN THE APARTMENT

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
