I make my pretty house available to guests wishing to enjoy the charm of the city of Morlaix and its splendid bay (15 min from Carantec/Loquirec) and the nearby Monts d'Arrés. The perfect base camp in short! The house is in a peaceful area, historic center 5 min drive away and 15 min walk away. See you soon!

Small house full of character

This family lodging is near to all tourist destinations and local commodities. Situated in the centre of town, it is near to many bars, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for exploring local towns and interests, for example the lovely town of Morlaix, the Arrée mountains and the pink granite coast. New as of the 2025 season : parking available at the property! Following external works, from now on there is a private parking spot directly in front of the house.

In 2016, the old shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest was renovated by our parents, Brigitte and Claude, to make it a 3-bedroom loft, living to the rhythm of the tides. With its feet in the water, the site enjoys a magnificent 180° view, a terrace surrounding the hangar... ideal for aperitif time! :) A sea view jacuzzi for 6 people will relax you after a beautiful day of walking on the hiking trails of Carantec. The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
