Our small eco-friendly guesthouse Le Jardin de Martin in Plérin in the Côtes d 'Armor, located between garden and horses is a 5-minute walk from Martin Plage and the GR34 and close to the bike trails. Thought like a tiny house, with glass windows to the south on the garden, arranged in a zen and vintage spirit, it is an atypical place, warm, semi-passive, isolated from the waves with private wifi. Small student accommodation

Small house between St Brieuc and Guingamp (15 minutes) furnished 30m² composed of a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, with entrance and private parking. Available from 20 September 2025 to 30 May 2026. We only rent to trainees, a student in higher education, and students on a work-study contract. You just have to book a minimum of 5 nights for each reservation and for each reservation request, you will need to provide proof of a school certificate.

This cottage has lots of charm and is furnished with care. Great for couples with 1 child. On the ground floor is the living-dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, an open bedroom that offers a warm atmosphere. We have 2 beds, the first 160*200cm and the second 90*190cm. welcome kit Bed sheet and towels are available at an extra cost.

Welcome to Benoît and Anne's 😀 We provide this 2-star furnished tourist accommodation! This studio of about 30 m2 is adjacent to our house. You can access it independently and enjoy part of our garden. We live in a quiet area, in a small town located about 10 minutes from the sea (St Brieuc Bay, Goëlo coast). Old watermill, quiet near St Brieuc
