My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Sunset Studio on Plum Island

Great location on Plum Island in Newburyport. This is the quiet side of the island, which is great for relaxation. Short walk or bike ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The Parker River Wildlife Refuge is a must-see during your stay. Downtown Newburyport is another must do...lots of fabulous shopping and eateries, and while you're there, you can walk the rail trail or just walk along the waterfront.
