The house is close to the town center, restaurants and 1.5 km from Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation is perfect for families, hikers on foot and on horseback, business travelers, workers, cyclists and four-legged companions and horses. (direct access to greenway) Caurel is conveniently located in the heart of Brittany. Great walks in the forest, water activities on the lake, local entertainment throughout the season are at your disposal. English spoken in addition to French, of course.

Noisette has low-mobility access including large bathroom with Italian shower, four bedrooms. Private garden (not fenced). Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Small comfortable house in the center of Corlay, completely renovated, close to the pond renowned for fishing, 2 km walk or jog, playground, fitness area, city park, tennis court... Close to essential shops, supermarkets, bars (PMU), tobacco press, restaurants, bank, post office, florist, hairdressers, doctors... within walking distance. 2 minutes from Corlay Racecourse. 10 min from Lake Guerlédan.

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.

The accommodation is located in a mill dating from the 18th century in central Brittany at the crossroads between Rennes, Vannes, Saint Brieuc and Brest. It is close to Lake Guerlédan, Bon Repos Abbey and the Nantes to Brest Canal. On the border between Côtes d'Armor and Morbihan, its central position will allow you to visit many must-see sites in Brittany.
