This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Large private room located in the Basement of a single family home. The home is conveniently located less than one minute from route 3 half way between Boston and Cape Cod. The room has a full size bed, and a euro lounger that can be used to relax and watch TV or reclyned for sleeping. There is a kitchenette located in the room which has a Fridge with top freezer, a microwave and a Keurig . The private bath is located inside the bedroom. Cool off in the pool during summer months.

Welcome to Centerville, enjoy this fully equipped 1 bedroom 1 bath home with an easy walk or ride to just about everything. Enjoy the nearby ocean and beaches, or take a ride downtown to Main Street for dining and entertainment. Only a short distance to the ferries for a day trip to the islands and you can be back in time to catch a concert at the Melody Tent. Enjoy your days by the pool and your evenings grilling out on the large deck or chatting with the koi fish.

This beautiful 2.5 acre fully fenced in private property has gardens, an in-ground pool & pool house with an outdoor heated shower. Our home offers 2 kitchens, dining room seating 12, a great room, 3 bedrooms with private sitting areas & lower level with 2 bunk beds (bottoms are full beds) & exercise area. Outside are 2 grills & a fire pit. We are 3 miles from the beach, shopping/cafes, 45 minutes from Boston (on a train route) and 20 minutes to Cape Cod.

This charming one bedroom cottage features lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee machine and a Keurig. This cottage has a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage also features air conditioning, hardwood floors, and a TV with a DVD player.
