A well-equipped kitchen and laundry room flank it. The bedroom suite has a spacious walk-in closet and bathroom.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand.

Awesome three bedroom two bathroom house just 20 minutes from Disney World and more. The living room contains a couch that can fold out into a queen bed ✅ The backyard contains a private pool. Our home has WiFi and a TV. For a $30 daily extra charge I will heat the pool to 87 degrees Fahrenheit - message me if you want this. There is a barbecue grill in the backyard and a washer/dryer, foosball table, and corn-hole set in the garage. You will love it!

Our home is for people who want to relax but also have the choice to visit the amusement parks in the Orlando area, so if your intention is to visit, the parks on a daily basis, we might be a bit far. the average drive time is between 40 to 50 minutes to the nearest parks. Our home is for the mature family and those who are looking for family time more than park time.
