The space is south-facing and offers lots of light. It is the perfect setting for guests looking for a stay with the warmth and comfort of home. Easy access to public transportation (~600m Renfrew Stn), diverse local dining, and various grocery options nearby. It's a great base for those visiting for work, study, or leisure.

This modern basement suite has underfloor heating and a private entrance. We're less central than some places but our city neighbourhood is relatively quiet. Located along a bike route, we are near parks, 2-3 blocks from public transit, 20-30 minute walk to cafés, food, Main Street & Commercial Drive. While there is soundproofing in the suite, we have children and noise can often be heard through the ceiling. Note the suite is not zoned for cooking so there is no stove or hot plate available.
