Monthly Rentals in Pointe de Grave

Our stay went very well. Pauline and Myriam were welcoming and available. The place is as in the photos in addition to being very well-equipped, we lack nothing. Our child particularly appreciated the many toys and books available. The accommodation offers a breathtaking view of the sea, it is clean, functional and tastefully decorated. If we come back to Royan, we will be sure to rent this place again. A big thank you!

Very pleasant stay in a charming fully equipped apartment (but without microwave and freezer) with an unobstructed view of the sea. Madeleine is a very responsive and friendly host. The setting is beautiful and offers a variety of activities around the property.

We had a great vacation at Margot's house. Great location, steps away from the beach, and with beautiful sea views from the living room. We'll be happy to go back!

The (large) studio is very well appointed, with a beautiful living room, in a surf atmosphere. Perfect for combining La Vélodyssée and sea activities. Very nice welcome.
