Private garden, facing the sea - Magical Sunsets

On the ground floor of a traditional house, completely renovated, apartment composed of a large living/American kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. Independent entrance, accessible by a private route overlooking the sea and rocks with wild garden. Private parking. Amazing view and extraordinary sunsets. This very comfortable apartment, located on the Pointe du Décollé, a 6-minute walk from the beaches and the city center, is a really privileged place; the spectacle of the beach at low tide and its disappearance at high tide is an enchantment. All rooms have sea view. The fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, induction stove, large fridge with small freezer, washer and dryer) fits with the living room in which a sofa bed can be used as an extra bed. Both bedrooms are completely independent and closed; one of them has a French door that gives direct access to the wild garden. They are each equipped with two twin beds, which can be separated or combined, which allows you to sleep one couple and two children, or two couples. A baby cot and high chair are available. Cabinets and wardrobes. Sink and shower, unlimited hot water, heating in all the rooms. Free wifi. No pets. Non-smoking apartment. Activities: beach, kite surfing 5 minutes away, tennis, DINARD golf 3 km away, downtown electric bike rental, cinema, library, tobacco/newspapers, restaurants, etc.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.
