Although we stayed only one night, Silvia’s hospitality left a lasting impression. The instructions on how to reach the place were very clear, and she welcomed us personally, showing us around and making us feel at home. Even though we arrived late, we were able to make ourselves some tea, and in the bathroom we found all the necessary toiletries — perfect in case you forgot something. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing us to rest really well. In the morning, we enjoyed our coffee outside along with delicious homemade cookies baked by the family — such a lovely touch! The kitchen is also well-equipped if you prefer to prepare your own breakfast. The location is very convenient, set in a beautiful area with nice walking paths in the town — definitely worth exploring for the views. If you're staying longer, it's a great place to cook, relax, and unwind away from the city noise. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay! ☺️

All super, Everything has been thought of here. Make it up and it's provided. Everything is clean. The lighting is atmospheric. The house is in a somewhat poorer neighborhood, but on every corner and each quite piece, the residents have put pots and plants. Really Italy. The descent to the city center through the small alleys is an experience. Within walking distance: the temple of Dea Fortuna etc., the archaeological museum, the birthplace of the composer Palestrina. We met a nice concert in the cathedral. Joanna is very helpful, and responds immediately. We have already celebrated holidays in many apartments. This is a winner.

This place was absolutely wonderful! We just stayed for two nights but I wish we had stayed longer. We didn't explore the town or the area much, but it was the perfect place to rest and relax at the end of a long trip before we left Italy. Everything was very comfortable, the apartment was very clean, the surroundings are gorgeous and calm, and Leah had really great communication. We also asked Leah to stock the kitchen with local produce and products since we just wanted to stay in and, wow, everything was so delicious -- we really enjoyed it. I've already recommended her place to a few friends and would definitely encourage anyone to stay here!
