The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

Apartman ima 2 spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju i dnevni boravak s kaučem za dodatnu osobu. Svaka spavaća soba ima bračni krevet za 2 osobe. Kupaonica je s tušem. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena hladnjakom, zamrzivačem, mikrovalnom pećnicom. U apartmanu je također dostupan klima uređaj, besplatni wifi i satelitska TV.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

The accommodation is located at the end of the village in quiet area where you can enjoy your vacation peacefully.

Our house with swimmingpool is located 300 meters from the beach of Murvenica bay in a very quiet and poorly populated area. With 3 sleeping room it is perfect for families. Next to the house is large terrace with a barbecue and green meadow with olive trees. The next village Šilo can be reached from Villa Murvenica by car over an about 2 kilometers non-asphalted road or by foot in about 10 - 15 minutes. E-car-owners find a charging station in Šilo.
