Due to its position the Baita is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

The rustic and intimate house is located in the northern part of Lake Como, one of the Italian wonders. The house, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, is independent, on two floors. It consists of a kitchen and living area, a bedroom (one double bed and one bunk bed) and two bathrooms (the first is accessible from the bedroom, while the second is located on the ground floor and is accessible only from the outside). A large garden is at your complete disposal.

Casa Margherita is a welcoming chalet on the mountains of Gravedona. Here, although being very close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, reachable in less than 15 minutes by car, you can breathe fresh air and relax without disturb, enjoying your summer days up to the mountains. The house is spread over two floors, on the ground floor we have the living area with the kitchen, and going up a spiral staircase we get to the first floor, with the bedrooms and the bathroom.
