This ground floor, one bedroom apartment features a kitchen, separate entrance, and driveway with parking for 1 vehicle. Small two piece bathroom and small shower (similar in size to what you would find in a camping trailer) as well, all within the unit. Couch in living room also pulls out for an extra sleeping space. Quaint three bedroom, four season cottage on Kamaniskeg Lake with sandy bottom water access to the lake from the shore. Dock available from Victoria Day weekend until Thanksgiving weekend each year. Two kayaks and canoe available for guests and unlimited wood for the fire pit available to use. Air conditioning available in cottage for hot summer months. Propane heating in fall/winter.
