Our apartment, 40 square meters, is located on the south-facing terrace facing the garden, with an unobstructed view of the nature of our private house on the edge of the forest. Exclusive use of the terrace for guests and free parking on the property. The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy, and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking spaces are available at the top of the street for free. By car, you'll be downtown in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes walking from the apartment. Shopping is good at the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. By foot about 18 min.

Beautiful attic apartment, brightly furnished, large panoramic windows, soapstone stove for cold days, space for 4 people, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (a small one without shower, a larger one, see pictures) fully equipped. The shopping market is only 50 meters away, quietly located. Direct connection to cycling and hiking trails. The swimming pool is 250 meters away. Parking right outside the door.

Our guests can look forward to a small apartment on two levels with a large balcony. It has its own access, so you can enjoy your stay undisturbed.
