We really enjoyed staying at Diana's place. We had caught icy nights and then the hot tub, sauna and fireplace came just right! Extras such as bathrobes or a well-equipped kitchen make the stay even more beautiful! The location was central but still very quiet

We felt very comfortable:-) The apartment was well equipped, very clean and maintained. The children were very happy about the available toys and actually didn't want to leave the house at all. We had also chosen the apartment from the point of view "family friendly" and were very happy with all the amenities :-) We will be happy to come back.

We spent our girls weekend at the property and were completely satisfied. Sauna and hot tub were absolutely sufficient for the few days and to just switch off a little. We noticed a few small deficiencies that we told Steffi on departure - for example that the knives are no longer sharp - and she was grateful for our feedback. After all, it can only change something through such feedback. Our hair dryer was broken and after a few hours we received a new one so all in all a great, quiet stay and ideal for a few cozy days.

We were delighted with the apartment, the quiet location and especially the beautiful unobstructed view of the landscape. A highlight was also the hotpot, where we could enjoy the starry sky in the evening. The landlords were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.

This is really great place to stay - you would not say so seeing the property from outside - but it is really superb. In the middle of historical part of city, restaurants literally few steps, but as well like 50m from river bank with long promenade / cycling path and what surprised me - really close to town center, but still super quiet at night. Inside, the house is very modern and loads of equipment - we enjoyed the pool, wellness area, multiple outdoor sitting spaces and great living room with kitchen. Heiko is very welcomming and was a great host.... when I will have the possibility, I will book again for sure.

A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

The country house is located in a small place. It was very quiet and the beautiful furnishings made you feel right at home. Beds are very comfortable and the large rain shower is definitely a highlight. We came with two cars and were able to park comfortably right outside the door in the yard. For day trips in the region, this accommodation is perfectly located between Aschaffenburg and Würzburg. For hiking, you can just walk out the door and immediately stand in the countryside. Katharina is a very nice host who was always available for us. Thank you for your hospitality!

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is really totally cozy and lovingly furnished. It has everything you need, soap everywhere, enough toilet paper, etc. Astrid even provided the small additional apartment for us, so we had more space. Thank you! The location is also great, you are super fast in Bamberg (also by bus) and in the immediate vicinity are bakery and supermarket. We will be happy to come back!

Annock & Benji are such amazing hosts! They kindly welcomed us and showed us around which was really helpful. Such an amazing location right in the heart of town yet so peaceful & quiet. A short walk to cafes, restaurants & shops. As a family of four from Australia visiting in Winter, we were most grateful for such a warm and snug home away from home. We also appreciated having a washing machine/dryer and basic pantry items to cook with. Thank you Annock & Benji!

Great communication and friendliness from the first contact to departure. Amenities of the house are great, quiet location to relax. We and our dog will be happy to come back. Very relaxing Christmas days spent in the house and in the fields.

We stayed two nights with dog in the beautiful bungalow and it was great! The private location and the opportunity to spend the whole day in the forest were wonderful. The sauna is of course another plus as well as the fireplace in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen,very nice bathroom and the great living area complete the stay. Attention: the stairs to the upper floor are very very steep - our dog did not go up. Otherwise everything is fenced and flawless. We will be happy to come back - thank you!

we had booked this apartment with our family as an overnight address to Austria. perfect place. just off the highway. clean house with everything. Nice beds. supermarket nearby and pizzeria in the village

The apartment was spotless. Everything was there or more. Very good amenities. With the large bed the mattress was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed as the mattress was very hard. The description for television and wifi was easy to understand. It raked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to clarify it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment for "coming down" ideal. The four-legged friends have also been taken care of very well. This place is highly recommended. Note 1+

We stayed with 6 adults from Friday to Tuesday in the apartment. The apartment was well equipped. There was actually nothing missing. In addition, we had great weather and we explored the area. There were winter temperatures. We were therefore able to enjoy the heated fireplace. The landlords had already heated the apartment one day before we arrived. We felt so comfortable there again.

The bathroom is not particularly suitable for small people:) (mirror, shower shower), but it has served its purpose The garden is simply world class The view, the great herbs, the vegetables and fruits....etc. The bow set was particularly well received by my daughter and husband. The fireplace is also really nice. There are plenty of heaters or fireplaces in each room, so you don't have to worry about too cold rooms even with a baby. Last but not least, the super service. The instructions in advance were top-notch and foolproof. The tips for excursions and restaurants have also been really helpful. Andreas is a very friendly and conscientious landlord We will be back!
