A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our house is close to the beaches of St Brieuc Bay. It dates back to the 1980s and has been largely renovated. Its large garden of about 2000 square meters is located in a quiet environment and close to the sea (1 km by car from the nearest beach). This family home is the perfect place for a vacation or weekend with friends for a guaranteed quiet stay.
