View freighters, sailboats and the vast beautiful lake. We have Kayaks available for your use. The Ausable river is about 10 miles away. It offers excellent opportunities for canoeing and tubing

The dining area opens to a finished garage which serves as a covered patio that leads to a paver patio. 2 downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom upstairs has a king and a twin, and the open area upstairs has 2 queens for plenty of sleeping area.

This is a neighborhood and the homes are close together. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise down and respect their property.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. The excellent WiFi allows for Netflix to stream on the bedroom as well as living room TV's while still allowing you to use the guest network for your laptop and/or phone. Being just outside town allows for a peaceful getaway from all the fun and allows you to catch your breath and recharge. You'll find everything you need to enjoy a meal or just kick back and relax.

You’ll love our place because of the outdoors, location, relaxation & quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please take note of directions to home, sometimes GPS is incorrect. Also, special reminder of drinking water if wanted, as house has well water.
