A 35’ dock is available to rent as an add-on (closed off season). The pool is open during the warmer season, a large clubhouse is available + grounds are walkable for pets or to go see the sunset. The beach is just down the road (walk or drive). The condo is marina side & sleeps 6-8 people w/ a full kitchen + 2 private decks. Fishermen & long stays welcome.
