Monthly Rentals in Portales

Very clean. Easy to get to. Plenty of snacks, refrigerator stocked with sodas, plenty of coffee options. Very simple and comfortable, Portales is fairly small so it’s close to everything, would definitely stay there again.

Nice, cozy, quaint home. Has general necessities for daily life. Clean and uncluttered, kept very homely. Has great amenities such as snacks and a water cooler.

We loved our stay! The home was extremely clean and we felt right at home. There was plenty of pillows, towels, and seating. Having access to Netflix and Hulu set up made it so convenient. Josh was very proactive in sharing check-in instructions and was very responsive within minutes when we had a question about the microwave. It’s a small place, but feels big enough for a couple. Thanks again!

Lynn & John were absolutely wonderful hosts. Lynn was always responsive to all questions and her husband John was a thoughtful person making sure we knew how to turn on patio lights. A cozy home from far away, yet near local cuisines and entertainments. Lynn provided homemade pastries that were delicious. Along with taste snacks and detailed instructions on handling tv remotes, ac unit, and other amenities in the home. The private walk way was beautiful and greatly appreciated especially at night with her sensor lights to lead the way. I will definitely recommend Lynn’s and John’s beautiful home for everyone’s needs and future stays. Thank you again to Lynn and John for such an amazing experience and welcoming stay.
