Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Profitez d'un logement élégant et central. Situé à 15 mn de Paris via le RER C par la station Les Gresillons. Ce grand studio est situé au coeur de Villeneuve-la-Garenne et il est juste en face du centre commercial "Quartz". Vous apprécierez donc la proximité (20 mètres) de divers boutiques pour le shopping et de plusieurs restaurants. Un parking gratuit est disponible 7 jours sur 7 dans le centre commercial Quartz en face de mon immeuble (20 m). Attention, il ferme chaque soir de 23h à 8h00.

Overlooking the courtyard, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the city.

Bright and pleasant apartment, direct view of the Eiffel Tower. A double bedroom, 57 m2, ideal for a couple (back room not accessible because it is reserved for private use). Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 mins away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it is an inhabited and lively place.
