Cozy apartment , perfect for two, near the beaches

Agréable appartement de 50 m2 en rez de jardin d'une villa, situé au calme à l'entrée de Propriano , à 5mn des plages. Le logement dispose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine américaine toute équipée , un coin repas ,une salle de bains avec douche , wc et bidet. Une chambre accueillant un grand lit (draps et serviettes fournies) . Idéal pour une étape ou un séjour en couple. Il dispose d'une jolie terrasse et d'un jardin. Un parking gratuit est à disposition, ainsi que le wifi .

Located in Porticcio, our apartment has a garden and terrace, about 350 m2 where palm trees and olive trees grow surrounding the pool. From there, the view extends to the sea. A wooden terrace offers different spaces: dining with barbecue and plancha, living room, swimming pool, solarium (sunbathing) and pool table. The pool is equipped with a motorised shutter.

Charming 45m2 studio with pool, in Porticcio

Large modern studio on the ground floor of a villa with pool, very quiet place 5 minutes from the sea and the center of Porticcio (by car) and 15 minutes from the airport. Our place is great for couples and solo travelers without kids. The pool is shared with the owners (from 9am to 7pm approximately) with a minimum temperature of 26° from 04/01 to 10/31. Several assets: parking, Wi-Fi, linens, air conditioning, comfortable bed...
