T1 On the beach, feet in the water

Our 35 m2 studio is really on the beach, without any road to cross, a 5-minute walk from the city center and the Propriano marina. It is a charming small studio, functional, composed of a pretty panoramic terrace with garden furniture, a main room with a 140 bed, a kitchenette with washing machine, an alcove with bunk beds, bathroom with toilet. Linens not provided. Private parking. An idyllic location for a stay for families or couples.

Cozy studio villa 1 on the heights of Porticcio

Charming new studio nestled on the heights of downtown Porticcio. Shops and beaches only 1.5 km away. The 20 m2 terrace faces south with a pergola. It is fully equipped and the bedding is very comfortable (quality sofa bed) It is ideal for a couple. It's a perfect location to discover Corsica (hiking, beaches, diving, water sports...) The surroundings of the residence are being developed (this one having been recently delivered)
