"Casa Soluntina" is a characteristic furnished and equipped loft, consisting of a kitchen-living room in a single room with a masonry kitchenette with antique Sicilian cement tiles recovered from the original floor of the 1900s, a wooden mezzanine with a double bed with a sloping roof and a bathroom with a shower. Finally, from a large window, you can access the 10-square-meter terrace overlooking the ancient city of Solunto. The house is powered by photovoltaic panels and has a very low impact on the environment.

A very pretty, recently renovated Art Nouveau building, inside which one can admire 1900's majolica tiles. This is one of the three flats in the building, located on the third and last floor with a splendid terrace overlooking the sea. The building is in the historical centre of Porticello, a fishing village a few kilometres from Palermo, Monreale and Cefalù. Just a few metres away are the beaches of Olivella, the Bay of S.Nicolicchia and Sant'Elia where you can enjoy a good aperitif.
