This charming 2p pleasantly tempered by an air conditioning, fully equipped for very comfortable stay in an elegant and poetic setting. Happiness!

Nice new 12 m2 studio on the ground floor close to the beaches (Sérignan, Valras and Vendres) bright, 10 min walk to the city center and its many markets. Quiet subdivision, parking is available in front of the house. From April to October, you can enjoy a terrace to have breakfast in the sun. Equipped kitchenette, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Sofa bed Private bathroom with toilet, shower. Towels and bed linens are provided. Air conditioning from June 2023

Independent 40 m2 apartment, and its loggia-style terrace, in the heart of this quiet village. 50 meters from all amenities, 7 minutes from the beach, 100 m from the Canal du Midi, close to the Grande Maïre nature area. Located on the 2nd floor. Mezzanine bedroom (height 1.3 m). Staircase with steep slope. Spacious living room with large screen TV. WiFi available. Bed linen and towels are optional for 20 euro. Possibility of renting a 2nd apartment in the same house.

Refurbished ground floor apartment, 25 m2, 80 m from the beach, quiet family-friendly seaside resort. In Portiragnes, parking is free and Rue des Mouettes is reserved for residents and is one-way. Nearby you will find all the necessary shops (bakery, grocery store, supermarket, fishmonger, tobacco, newspapers...) as well as restaurants and bars. Small dogs accepted upon request. Linen kit for 15 euros on request.
