Nice new 12 m2 studio on the ground floor close to the beaches (Sérignan, Valras and Vendres) bright, 10 min walk to the city center and its many markets. Quiet subdivision, parking is available in front of the house. From April to October, you can enjoy a terrace to have breakfast in the sun. Equipped kitchenette, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Sofa bed Private bathroom with toilet, shower. Towels and bed linens are provided. Air conditioning from June 2023

Charming little village house located in the historic center of Vias, 2 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi, comprising on the ground floor, living room + open kitchen. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. SMALL DETAIL: As indicated above, it is a village house which is what makes it charming and therefore, no parking space right in front! On the other hand, there are many opportunities to park nearby as there are free parking lots.
