Hawthorne/Belmont Retreat - East bd

This is the EAST room, one of only 2 guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor of our home (other room is WEST). We live on the main floor with 3 cats and try to keep our home free of chemical scents, but we can't guarantee it. (See house rules) Your room has dishes & a mini-fridge, but NO microwave. It has a street view. Guests share a large bathroom, but not with us. Two blocks from us is the popular Hawthorne district with lots of restaurants, shops, and vintage clothing stores. We hope to meet you.

Welcome to our log home guest suite - a roomy, comfortable suite on the main floor of our home. It has a King bed and dresser. The house has radiant heated tile and bamboo floors. Enjoy our back patio for sipping your morning coffee/tea (provided) or take a stroll on our quiet road to see the horses in the pasture next door & goats down the street.

Situated in a nice west side neighborhood near buses, park, library and shopping, our home features an organic edible landscape with raised beds, fruit trees and many options for cooking outdoors - all experiments of a hungry gardener! Chickens and a couple small dogs, make it home. Your stay at our home includes a continental breakfast, and dining outside anytime the weather permits.
