Very close to Bosa, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, to Tinnura, and to the beaches of Colombargia, S'archittu, Cane Malu, and Compultittu. One hour away from beautiful Alghero and the Sinis Peninsula. A nerve center of beauty.

Elegant home with amazing views

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

This is not an apartment designed to be rented. I recently renovated it in a contemporary style so that my wife and I could escape from the routine in our beloved Porto Alabe. At the same time, I am proud to share that wonderful sunset view with people who, like me, love that light feeling of freedom and wonder. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, so you don't have to think about what to bring with you, but only to enjoy the relaxation.
