It comfortably sleeps 14 people in seven tastefully furnished double rooms. The Villa is on a hill in a secluded location about 1.9km from the village of Porto Azzurro.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... You are a 10-minute walk from the centre of Porto Azzurro and the beaches, with convenient parking. You can reach all the destinations without using the car. The wonderful Carmignani promenade is a 15-minute walk away. Along it, you will find Barbarossa beach, Reale beach, and Terra Nera beach, with a fantastic, easy one-hour walk. You have all the services in the village, rentals, a market, a doctor, a pharmacy, etc. A private, fenced garden that is always cool.

There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

Welcome to our "house on the rock", a tiny and charming apartment of 28 square meters and a terrace overlooking the sea, built in the 1900 (as the whole building) on the terraces, overlooking the harbor of Porto Azzurro. Furnished with the necessary and very close from the center, it is ideal for those who want to experience Porto Azzurro and have a base from which to visit the island of Elba!
