LA BOUGANVILLE is a delightful seaside house 5 minutes' walk from the crystal clear sea of Chiessi, a typical village on the west side of the island. Tastefully furnished in white, blue and light blue tones, it is in a quiet area, surrounded by a lovely garden. Developed on 2 floors, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea on Corsica and Pianosa. Inside are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen-dining room, and a loft with sofa bed. Outside there are various shaded spaces, a shower and covered parking.

The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. You are a 10-minute walk from the centre of Porto Azzurro and the beaches, with convenient parking. You can reach all the destinations without using the car. The wonderful Carmignani promenade is a 15-minute walk away. Along it, you will find Barbarossa beach, Reale beach, and Terra Nera beach, with a fantastic, easy one-hour walk. You have all the services in the village, rentals, a market, a doctor, a pharmacy, etc. A private, fenced garden that is always cool.
