Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms. Located in the heart of Porto Azzurro, "Casa di piazza", recently renovated, is an 85-square-meter apartment, dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The two spacious rooms retain the original floors and fixtures, the furniture is simple and functional, the kitchen is well-equipped and the view from the main room and sitting area is truly exceptional. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.
