Located in the heart of Porto Azzurro, "Casa di piazza", recently renovated, is an 85-square-meter apartment, dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The two spacious rooms retain the original floors and fixtures, the furniture is simple and functional, the kitchen is well-equipped and the view from the main room and sitting area is truly exceptional. In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

The villa is located a few dozen meters above the seashore, entirely renovated in 2019-20 and furnished and equipped with great refinement and functionality; it is located in the bay of Pareti, on the western side of Capoliveri, one of the most typical and charming villages of Elba, which in the evening is full of shops and clubs open until late, and which is just over 2 km away.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
