On the first floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms: one with two single beds and a wardrobe; the other, with a double bed and a wardrobe, has a balcony overlooking the sea. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Wonderful villa with private pool, garden, beach

When you arrive at the villa you realize that it is completely immersed in the Mediterranean scrub with a pretty pond nearby with some local wild animals, especially birds and ducks. The large garden (over 1000 sqm) has a well-kept lawn that completely covers it. The swimming pool (10x5) is quite large but very safe, as it has a maximum depth of about 1.15 cm. A beautiful and large veranda covers 3 sides of the villa and provides a beautiful shade in the summer.
