Bright spacious artsy 5 min to the beach

Welcome to my home in Lisbon: a very spacious, sun-drenched, 2- bedroom, 2- bathroom, 2-balconies apartment close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities nearby. A short train ride or drive to the center of the city. Unlike many short-term rentals in Lisbon, this apartment is an actual home for me part of the year; I hope that will make for a much more memorable and authentic stay for you, while this also means you should expect to find personal items throughout the space.

On Beach Time - Carcavelos

A pleasant space full of light, near the train station (2 minutes), 7-minute walk to the beach, with complete amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.

Apartment full of light, located in a quiet neighborhood halfway between Cascais and Lisbon. It’s near the train stations of "Oeiras" and "Carcavelos" (15min walk or 3 minutes by car, where you can easily take the train to Cascais or Lisbon) and the beach (5 minutes by car). Has WiFi and cable TV. The place has two supermarkets (Continente and Pingo Doce), Pharmacy and restaurant nearby (all within a 5min walk). Free parking spaces on the street. The Pool House is located on my plot on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.

Strategically located between Lisbon Centre and Oeiras beaches, this spacious apartment is the perfect option based on comfort, all amenities and nearby attractions. A 5-minute drive takes you to the nearest beach. Belém Tower and monuments are a 10-minute drive away. The Marquês de Pombal square, which gives access to the historic center of Lisbon, is 15 minutes away. The apartment is close to the main access roads to the Airport, Cascais, Sintra, etc.

O meu espaço é bom para casais, viajantes de negócios, famílias (com crianças), e amigos peludos (animais de estimação).
