Our house is privileged to have an environmental reserve with a diversity of birds and monkeys in the background. In a very quiet central area, we have hotels, inns and condominiums around us. Perfect location and easy to get to beaches, Arraial ferry D'Ajuda/Trancoso, Historic City, Passarela do Álcool, etc. and 5 minutes from the airport. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, fitness centers, supermarkets, hospital, pharmacies, etc. We'd love to welcome you here!

The house designed by architect Sallum, with 24/7 security, is 2.3 km from the famous Quadrado and 2.6 km from Trancoso beach. Casa Luminada was meticulously planned for the appreciation of its natural elements, such as lighting and ventilation, in order to offer a modern, clean, comfortable and cozy environment with a touch of sophistication and comfort. Its land is 1,300m2 with 600m2 of built area. It has a 150m2 pool, barbecue area and green space.

Iemanjá House, on the beach, located on the Rio Verde road, near the beach of Coqueiros, 2km. from the historic center of Trancoso, Quadrado, as well a.s the markets. Includes housekeeping and gardener, the cook can be hired but is not included. I'm available for any doubt.
