Cozy and charming house, very well decorated and fully equipped for your comfort and an unforgettable stay right on the sand. Duplex house with balcony overlooking the sea, inside a small condominium of 9 houses with direct access to Araçaipe Beach through the garden. The condominium has a leisure area, barbecue and swimming pool. Very quiet place and ideal for families and couples to enjoy their vacation. Just 30 steps to the beach, which turns into a natural pool when the sea is low.

A modern outdoor space features a private pool illuminated in blue, with a cascading water feature. Several lounge chairs are positioned along the poolside. The contemporary house structure, with large glass windows, reflects a welcoming atmosphere under evening lighting.
