We are waiting for you in our accommodation, renovated and with access to the woods, village and cycle paths. In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. The space, formerly designated as the Municipal Hall, still retains the charm of past years with its vaulted ceiling and a large fresco representing the coat of arms of the municipality. A truly one-of-a-kind space. In addition, for an extra touch of history and prestige, the apartment is located in a building that was owned by the noble counts Thun Filippini a few centuries ago.

Vacations in historic homes

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Villa Bettina, una residenza posta nella parte più bella del paesino di Cunevo. Avrete un vasto salotto con caminetto e zona pranzo su due livelli. All'esterno c'è un'ampia terrazza coperta con un tavolo ovale da 6 persone per colazioni e pranzi all'aperto. Potrete prendere il sole sui lettini-sdraio o rilassarvi sull'amaca. L'altalena e il grande prato per i giochi dei bimbi sono tutti per voi. Starete benissimo!!!
